All animals are guaranteed to be as described, healthy, eating, and properly sexed. You must notify us within 72 hours of any health concerns or dissatisfaction with animal(s). We are certified to ship snakes via FedEx so most everything goes out FedEx Priority Overnight. Someone needs to be present to accept the shipment otherwise any guarantee is voided. Pricing varies depending on your location, size and weight of box. Even though we are certified to ship reptiles via FedEx they still don't insure the animals so any problems with shipping need to be direct to us. Some shipments can go out directly from Chicago O'hare airport via Delta Dash directly to your nearest airport, arrangements will be made at time of sale.

NOTE:
Shipments will not go out in extreme hot and cold temperatures, with non-refundable deposit we can reserve your animal(s) until weather permits shipping.

To arrange live animal returns for any reason other than health concerns or misrepresentation within 72 hours of delivery, buyer pays shipping and is subject to 10% restocking fee.

Payment must be made in full before the animal(s) is(are) shipped. With a 25% non-refundable deposit we can hold an animal(s) for up to 2 weeks (inquire about longer). We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders. We can also accept Paypal with 3% added to order, and personal checks however they will need to clear before shipping.
